Base on Decree Number 14/2001/NĐ-CP Act 25th April 2001 of Government, Circular Number 07/2001/TT-BCA (V19) Act 18th September 2001 from Ministry of Public Security; Certificate of Qualified and Eligibility to run Security Services business of Hai Duong’s Police Department.
